Based near St James's Park, this global private equity firm are looking to take on a qualified accountant who is bright, ambitious and looking for a move into a broad fund finance role which will give the successful applicant far stronger exposure than other individuals at this level.

The company in question is one of the top global names in private equity and is going through an exciting time in terms of both fund expansion and internal development. They are just about to launch their sixth fund at €2bn and, in a first for the business, are building a dedicated growth opportunities fund. This coupled with massive investment in systems and support functions make it a brilliant time to join the business.

The role itself sits in the fund finance team in their London office. The structure of this team is very flat and everyone in the team tackles a broad spectrum of work; the successful applicant would be able to come in and specialise in their strengths whilst also broadening their overall skillset, opening up numerous paths of professional development down the line. Specifically you will work across fund accounting and administration, liaison with deal teams, preparation of material for investor reports, portfolio monitoring and valuation and fund analysis.

The ideal candidate will be an ACA qualified accountant with a background in fund audit, or someone fulfilling a similar role in industry who is looking to work for a global player. The key for them though is personality fit; they have an exceptional reputation for the environment they have built in their finance team.

Remuneration will be between £50,000 to £55,000 plus great bonus potential and other benefits including a free on-site gym.
