An excellent opportunity has arisen with a London based Fund Administrator, who are looking for an experienced Fund Accountant on a contract basis.

The contractor will be responsible for :

• Assisting in the financial management and control of the investment activities
• As a Senior Accountant, your role will be to manager a team of accountants, ensuring they are all well trained and motivated to deliver excellent client service.
• Responsibile for internal and external financial reporting matters for various investment funds
• Draft investor drawdowns and distributions
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of financial statements and tax returns
• Updating reporting data and models for the quarterly investor reports

Only candidates that fit the following attributes need apply

Key skills:

• Private Equity/Investment Management Fund Accounting experience (1-5yrs+ experience)
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA , ACA or CIMA)
• Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders including other business lines and functions across the organisation.
• Understanding of Private Equity structures
• Strong communicator with analytical approach
