A global financial services company in the City recruiting for an experienced AP analyst to join a large team of 10 to cover the EMEA, US and APAC regions.

Your role will involve proactively managing the accounts payable ledgers for which you are responsible for, ensuring that all invoices are paid in accordance to SLAs.

Your Responsibilities:

- support and coordinate the daily activities of AP clerks and provide coaching/mentoring where required

- analyse purchases by expense type and produce timely and accurate reports

- deal with queries and build relationships with internal and external customers

- provide daily and weekly reporting, ensuring that all outstanding items are proactively followed up and resolved

Your Requirements:

- experience using Oracle

- Excellent working knowledge of Accounts Payable and P2P
