A Business Services business based in west London are looking for an entry level or graduate Operations Support to join their internal project team. The role will offer an excellent grounding in business and administration and will be an excellent stepping stone into Operations and Project management.

Duties will include:

• Support in the day-to-day running of the business, including resourcing, logistics and general office management
• Provide support in the use of bespoke databases
• Maintaining and updating records held on an internal departmental database
• Support the development of company compliance and administrative procedures
• Process flow generation & implementation
• Maintaining the monthly Key Performance Indicators
• Be part of change projects to improve and streamline operations

• Enjoys learning new systems and coming up with innovative ways to improve efficiency
• Excellent communications skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, SharePoint & Salesforce)
