Marks Sattin are partnering a well-known Manufacturing Group in Coventry who wish to strengthen their team with a Finance Manager.

Main Purpose:

Responsible for all aspects of the Finance function including planning, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring and reporting at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Reporting
• Managing Cash/Bank Funding/Reporting
• Year End processes including Annual Statutory Reporting / Audit / Tax
• Product Group Accounts
• Purchase/Sales Ledger
• Customer Pricing/Claims/Surcharge
• Key role in new business quotation process
• Initiating and Supporting improvement activities across the department/business
• Management of a Team consisting of a Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Sales Ledger Clerk and a Purchase Ledger Clerk including monthly 1:1's and annual appraisals.

Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a key hire for the business where you'll ideally have a manufacturing or automotive background combined with both Financial Accounting and Management Accounts experience.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

A highly competitive basic salary of £52,000 - £58,000 is on offer plus bonus and other benefits.
