Start your job searchI am excited to be working with a fast-growing business in Leamington Spa who are looking to recruit a Group Financial Accountant for their new UK Head Office.
You will have responsibility for the efficient reporting operation of the newly merged Group consolidation function including the integrity of the group accounting records and systems and compliance with Parent Group accounting policies and procedures.
The newly merged Group was c12 months ago so consolidation reporting systems are new and in a transitional stage, providing an opportunity for developing and growing within the role.
Key responsibilities as Group Financial Accountant include:
- Preparing the Group Consolidated monthly accounts and preparing Management/Board reports.
- Management and improvement of group consolidation system and recommend and support roll out of process improvements, particularly involving the new consolidation system.
- Prepare and manage Quarterly bank compliance reporting.
- Involvement in Quarterly forecasting and Annual Budget process.
- Assisting with Annual group Financial statements under FRS 102.
- Assist with Group balance sheet reviews and compliance checks.
- Close liaison with European financial controllers to resolve issues.
- Other adhoc duties as required.
Package on offer for the position of Group Financial Accountant:
- £42,000-£48,000 basic
- Bonus

To be considered for the position of Group Financial Accountant, candidates must be ACCA or ACA qualified and ideally have experience of working within a group function.
