You will be responsible for managing system maintenance and set up, create workflow efficiencies, configuration, create dashboards and ensure that data is accurate and secure.

Key Competencies:

-) Group HR Systems Manager / Sage Systems Manager / HR Manager

-) Experience with implementing and working with key HRIS systems, (SAGE People/Fairsail)

-) Demonstrate evidence of understanding key HR processes

-) Experience with managing data, systems & analytical skills

-) Evidence of previous experience of guiding HR team members

-) Experience with Salesforce is nice to have

-) Knowledge of troubleshooting HRIS processes
