Marks Sattin is recruiting for a Group Treasury Manager working closely with the Balance Sheet Management team. As this business embarks on an exciting transformation journey, developing new product offerings, utilising capabilities that just haven't been unlocked in the past.


This a great role where you will be involved in crucial projects to ensure the team delivers on its targets whilst mitigating unnecessary funding costs all within the funding risk appetite.


In order to assist in delivering the balance sheet strategy, the successful candidate will be providing technical support, analysis and financial modelling of funding and capital for the business.

You will be a confident user of excel as you will have fantastic exposure owning the funding models, undertaking scenario analysis coupled with key stakeholder engagement, this is great for a commercially minded individual.
In the role you will have key responsibilities such as:

  • Own the funding model and production of analysis that guides decision making
  • Ownership and preparation of all ICAAP related analysis including compiling the Group internal assessment, modelling of stress test inputs
  • Support the team in scenario modelling of the impact of capital projects
  • Contribute towards the reporting across the business to functions such as Group Treasury, Group Risk Committee as well as the Board
