My client is a small hybrid advisory brokerage looking for a new Head of Compliance and Legal (CF10 & CF11).

The main duties and responsibilities for this role will be :

• Leading the company in areas of regulatory compliance
• Compliance monitoring
• Assisting with the review of legal contracts and advising on regulatory aspects of the products being launched.
• Playing a key role in the Implementation of MiFiD II and GDPR regulations.

The ideal Candidate will have a brokerage background and previous experience of holding a control function title. There will be a great amount of autonomy in this position.
