A leading global healthcare company are seeking a Head of Corporate Finance to assist in managing a portfolio of businesses within the International posting team. The role is based in their London office and due to be 6 months in duration. They are seeking a motivated Head of Corporate Finance who will be tasked with the day to day management of M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of due diligence
• Financial Modelling
• Partnership discussions - Engagement and controlling of external advisers
• Organisation of internal reporting and governance
• Make sure relevant policies and governance standards are adhered to

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified ACA Accountant or equivalent
• Must have experience within a top investment bank
• Must have in house corporate finance experience within blue chip companies
• Able to make thorough decisions when needed and strong people management skills
