Responsible for the C2C role of all group UKA entities within the UK Finance SSC. The execution of the monthly automated and manual billing processes and credit management of all business parts in the UK and Africa regions.

Key duties:

• Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures, and policies. Initiates and polices the standardisation of processes across all business verticals. UKA Finance lead on the transition to one group

• Manage the billing and credit management (credit approval and collections) functions to maximise effectiveness and precision. Implements solutions to problems and oversees analysis of system modifications and upgrades designed to accommodate these solutions. Participates in long-term planning and implementation projects to ensure effective use of current and upcoming technology.

• Responsible for credit limits and handles special credit measures and problem collection accounts. Oversees analysis of accounts receivable, ageing of accounts to determine overdue accounts, and collection procedures.

• Manager of a team of 12 with 2 direct reports.

• UKA Finance lead on all Billing and Collections projects
