A Highly Successful PE Backed Multi-Site Consumer Led business is seeking a Head of Finance to report to CFO and drive the company's finance function. You will join a tight-knit team and play a leading role within the finance function supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is a hands-on role supervising the account's team with responsibility for the finance function, supervision recruitment and maintenance of the team partnering with the CFO you will ensure that the business's financial targets are met. Establishing, maintaining and improving financial processes, and developing multi-year business plans, the role will include management of budgeting, forecasting process as well responsibility for monthly management accounts, statutory accounts and control of the audit.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered with experience of a similar role in a head office/group function. This role has the opportunity to include a long term succession plan, therefore would suit someone who is ambitious and would relish the opportunity to influence the direction and growth of the business.
