My client is a very well known and high profile Investment Management firm based in central London.

They are looking for an interim Head of Finance to join their business as soon as possible.

This is a very diverse role and is a great opportunity to get involved in a flourishing, successful business.

You will be responsible for leading the finance team ensuring individual and team development as well as improving processes and procedures.

You will take an active role in setting the financial strategy and business plan assessing the business model and making recommendation to the executive committee.

You would also be taking the lead with all internal and external financial reporting, MI, CASS controls and processes. This also includes the review and approval of regulatory returns and treasury management (including dividend policy and capital management).

It is essential that applicants are qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with an extensive background within Asset Management and experience of managing a team.

You will have a strong understanding of IFRS, Group accounting systems and a proven track record of establishing and maintaining a strong financial control environment.

This role requires a start within 3 weeks so candidates with shorter notice periods or those who are immediately available are preferred.
