This rapidly growing SME with ambitious plans in the UK and abroad is looking for a Head of Finance to help achieve their development goals. You will be in charge of a small team, responsible for driving commercial insight and focus upon improving efficiency throughout the finance and contract environment. Partnering sales and operations you will play an integral part in the strategic and commercial decision making.

The Role:

• Oversee and develop a small finance team.
• Identify and present key issues and ideas for business development to board level.
• Improve financial procedures and systems.
• Make key business decisions.

The Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience of managing and developing a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience of working in an SME

And finally...You will be able to demonstrate leadership acumen/ gravitas and comfortable in working within an owner managed business.
