A PE-Backed London-based international education business is seeking a proactive self-starter to make their newly created Head of FP&A role their own, and drive the business's continued international expansion and rapid growth.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be comfortable multi-tasking, and working at pace to tight deadlines. This diverse role will give you the opportunity to oversee and improve the business's financial reporting, while also providing strategic insight as it continues on a fast-growth trajectory.

You will be involved with M&A, integrations and fund raising, as this highly acquisitive business prepares for refinancing and strategic change in the next few years. While comfortable working with large data sets and building financial models, you will also be an excellent communicator, liaising with banks throughout the fundraising process, and working closely with the business's regional CFOs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, or have a business degree. You will have significant experience working in PE-Backed or listed multi-site businesses of scale, and relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced progressive environment.
