A PE-Backed Healthcare business looking to make a serious of acquisitions are creating a Head of FP&A position to help with the process. The role's first incumbent will, along with the company's board and PE House, create the company's FP&A function.

The candidate will understand what is required to work in a fast-paced, acquisition-heavy environment. You will display a knack for knowing what makes a potential acquisition profitable in the future, and you will have the ability to create spreadsheets from scratch to illustrate how. You will be an outgoing person, with the charisma to work at all levels across the business, including the senior team, board and PE backers.
