Start your job searchA large multi-site retail business is seeking a strong Head of FP&A to build the business's FP&A function from the ground up, and to work alongside its well-respected PE Backer.
The Head of FP&A will be responsible for ascertaining the viability of new businesses, as the company continues its rapid buy and build strategy. You will be willing to get your hands dirty in order to set up the FP&A function, as well as preparing detailed financial models and analysis. This will enable the business to facilitate future growth. The ideal candidate will have significant experience building financial models from scratch and manipulating large data sets, using the information to commercialise the business.
Working closely with the PE Backers and senior management, you will be an outstanding communicator, relaying information to allow management to make strategic decisions. Your aim will be to provide comprehensive analysis, using the numbers to provide strategic insight to the senior team.
The ideal candidate will be a late mover out of practice, preferably working in transaction services, restructuring or corporate finance. This is the perfect opportunity to join a PE-backed business that is fast growing and highly successful, with a promise of personal growth and future prospects, and exposure through the business's renowned PE House.
