A hugely impressive and recognised market leader in their respective marketplace, boasting an excellent and enviable track record of sales and profit growth, currently have a fantastic career opportunity for a Head of M&A. This is a newly created role, presenting to interested applicants what will be one of the most sought after roles this calendar year in Yorkshire.

In the role, you will play lead roles through all M&A processes through analysis and input to the Executive Board. You will assist with "project management" of centrally driven acquisition (pre-post), integration & disposal projects through to implementation, thus ensuring that the company is in a position to review all external industry restructuring opportunities within its strategic category remit.

This is an ideal role for a highly commercial individual (MBA/ACA) with a strong Corporate Finance / M&A background, as well as a high calibre ACA with a TS/CF background from practice who is looking for the perfect entry point to progress their career within a truly impressive organisation. This is a successful and achievement driven environment; which will suit an autonomous individual who possesses an outstanding academic record, strong networking skills and the ability to take ownership from day one.
