Marks Sattin are currently working with a Leeds based organisation to assist in the recruitment of a PMO Support contractor for a minimum of 6 months. Contract will be outside IR35.

The successful candidate must be able to work 5 days a week in the Leeds office to suit the needs of the Programme given due to it's importance.

Key Deliverables;

• Programme Governance
• ToR for key forums
• SteerCo pack development, notes and actions follow-up
• Design Authority pack development, notes and actions follow-up
• Manage RAID log
• Weekly Workstream reviews
• Planning / scheduling key meetings
• Organising improvement workshops

• Approval & Quality Control Monitoring
• Ensure sign-offs are documented at key Tollgate Reviews, Design Authority, SteerCo etc
• Ensure output is of a high quality

• Manage Programme High Level Plan
• Develop and maintain high level plan
• Assist where required with more detailed plans for several workstreams
• Track interdependencies
• Automate where possible for efficiency
• Maintain holiday tracker

• Internal Communications
• Drive internal comms, both functional Finance and wider Business
• Work closely with FTP Programme Lead and Internal Comms

• General FTP assistance as and when required
