This role is a brand new position my client requires two key skills Employee Relations and Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR)
You will manage the performance of a team of 5 HR Administrators, 1 Senior Administrator plus an Advisor. This team provides HR transactional activities associated with the employment cycle and first line support, ensuring we are meeting with regulatory and legislative requirements of the business.
The role will administer all regulatory governance in respect of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime, ensuring ongoing compliance to regulatory obligations.
You will also provide Line 1 assurance and consultancy services back to the HR function (and wider division as appropriate and required) to ensure that the function is operating within both the HR Governance and wider risk and regulatory frameworks.
- You have managed a team
- MUST HAVE Senior Managers and Certification Regime SMCR experience
- You have developed and put in place a quality HR team so they can deliver the quality assurance model
- You have the ability to prioritise busy workloads effectively and deliver on key projects
- Having strong experience of HR governance, including risk, audit and compliance
- You'll have taken the lead on HR &CS aspects of regulatory reporting and attestations as directed by line or Group Risk & Regulatory, ensuring key stakeholders and SME's are engaged and managed as appropriate
