We are looking for a HR Manager with previos Legal Firm experience or at least pure professional services to provide HR support to the firm. You will be based in London supporting 150 employees over 3 locations, London, Leeds and Cardiff.

You must be on shorterm notice as this is an immediate start.

This is a generalist role covering all aspects of HR including:

  • Recruitment and trainee recruitment
  • Compensation and benefits management
  • Delivering the wellbeing plan
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Preparing and managing budgets
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Undertaking SRA compliance activities such as renewing practising certificates and obtaining diversity data
  • Advising the Management Board and partners on best HR practice.

This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and support will be available on relevant issues from the Employment department.

In addition to experience in these areas we will need someone with good interpersonal skills, written, verbal, IT and numeric skills, and project management skills.

They will must have experience of a generalist role in the legal industry and be CIPD qualified.
