World renowned retail business with over 1 million consumers, are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to help lead and maintain their exceptional security standards. As the Information Security Manager you will be in charge of a small team of Information Security professionals. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Information Security Manager to grow within the retail sector.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Head of Risk & Information Security to develop and maintain security documents and procedures are in alignment with security standards
• Design and lead security vulnerability testing procedures to ensure the security of networks, systems and applications
• Manage and advise on the remediation of identified security risks to the business
• Liaise with internal Auditors to ensure audit is compliant with ISO 270001
• Collaborate with all areas of the business to ensure security is factored into decision making processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Information Security Manager, Information Security Team Lead, Information Security Lead, Senior Information Security Analyst or similar
• CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CISA, CRISC or similar strongly desired
• Previous experience of executing audits or ISO 270001, with a strong understanding of auditing standards
• Expertise in security standards with a broad knowledge of technology areas such as Network, Infrastructure, Applications
• Ability to effectively lead and prioritise the teams and your own workload
• Keen security enthusiast with an eye for detail and results orientated
• Excellent communicator with the ability to explain security issues to senior stakeholders
