A PE Backed technology business seeks an Interim CFO to take the organisation through an ambitious sale process. Partnering the CEO the CFO will be a crucial board member, with full responsibility for the finance function and playing a key role in driving the strategic direction of the business. As CFO you will be a point of contact for the Private Equity investors.

With full responsibility for finance you will have a broad remit across the business as you will be inputting the highest standard of systems and processes and up-skilling the finance team. A true partner to the CEO you will also be integrally involved in cultivating internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as playing a key role in defining the Exit strategy for the business.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) Preferably chartered with proven experience as CFO within a Private Equity backed business. Experience within technology or a related sector, whilst not essential, is beneficial.
