A market leading business in the Solihull area are seeking a Finance Business Partner on a 12 mth fixed term contract.

Job Context

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this key role acts as Business Partner to the senior Commercial Managers. The role is one of decision support; providing, analysing and interpreting management information in order to influence key commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

This is a key role focussing on ROI 80% and Cost Control 20%. You will be focussing on business planning, growth and revenue generation activities.

Dedicated Business Partner to the senior Commercial Managers within Sales and Marketing, with cross functional involvement with the Commercial teams in order to deliver the optimal sales and profit position for the business.

Financial ownership of sales, margin, capital spend and costs.

Understanding of cost variances vs plan and year on year to identify risks and opportunities and manage outturn in order to Hit the Numbers.

Quarterly forecasting and budgeting, highlighting opportunities and risks to the Commercial Finance Manager to ensure strategy is in line with overall Business objectives
