A leading FMCG business in the Midlands is looking for a talented transformation leader to partner with the senior leadership team and deliver multiple finance transformation programmes across a 9-12 month contract.

In this role you will deliver high value solutions, from strategy to execution, solving complex business problems and implementing change at all levels.

Key areas of focus for the role of Interim Finance Transformation Director include:

• Finance transformation (operating model, process change, shared services and sourcing)
• Finance systems implementation (ERP, Report tool, Consolidation and information models)
• Achieving business insight and achieving business growth

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have a srong background in finance, likely a Big 4/Top 10 trained ACA who has held director level roles within a very change led environment throughout their interim career.
