We are partnering with a growing bank that is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join team in Chatham, Kent.

The successful candidate must have 4+ years of retail banking audit experience.

Examples of responsibilities to expect:

• Deliver end to end audit activities within the Group Internal Audit (GIA).
• Support the annual conduct and business risk assessment process and related annual audit plan.
• Independently conduct audits, including planning, execution and reporting.
• Perform business monitoring & Deliver high quality management reporting

Candidate Requirements:

• 4+ years of audit experience within retail banking!
• Ideally a Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA or ACA or ACCA / equivalent)
• Able to commute to Chatham at least 2-3 days a week!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence management and to lead and work collaboratively across teams
