Start your job searchWe are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our office in London, as an Internal Recruiter to help increase head count across the wider business. You will assist with all UK and Ireland hires liaising with the Senior Leadership in our 6 offices.
The role is extremely dynamic and fast-paced. You will be the first point of contact for all potential employees so it is of paramount importance you maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. This will ideally be suited to an experienced consultant who is looking to move In-House and help build a reputable team of Consultants!
Responsibilities would include:
- Working closely with the Managing Director & Directors to agree manpower plans, hiring priorities, role profiles and specific headcount targets.
- Sourcing, attracting, headhunting and screening candidates through various methods.
- Conducting the initial first stage interview hosting competency based interviews alongside creating a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Helping to shape and influence the development of all hiring plans and social media accounts, attend and manage graduate assessment centres and networking events.
Ideally you will have:
- 6-12 months recruitment or sales experience
- Proven experience of working to targets and liaising with senior members of staff
- Good understanding of market research, networking and headhunting
- A strong work ethic with the ability to make things happen and multi task
- Team player who likes to get involved with every aspect of the business and make an impact!
