Due to Marks Sattin's growth, we are seeking an experienced recruiter who is looking to make a transition into In House Talent and help increase head count across the wider business.

Reporting into the Head of Internal Recruitment, you will assist with all UK and Ireland hires and will be the first point of contact for all potential employees hence professionalism is key!

This role is perfect for those who have strong candidate management skills and recognise their strengths in a 180 role whilst still working to targets both in a team and individually.

Accountabilities:

  • To work closely with Managing Director & Directors to agree manpower plans, hiring priorities, role profiles and specific headcount targets.
  • With relevant training you will be tasked with sourcing, attracting, headhunting and screening candidates through various methods.
  • Conduct the initial first stage interview hosting competency based interviews alongside creating a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • You will help shape and influence the development of all hiring plans and social media accounts, attend and manage assessment centres and networking events.
  • Provide timely, accurate and well-presented management information to our Leadership team ensuring that the full range of candidate attraction tools and methods are employed to achieve our targets.
  • To devise and implement appropriate recruitment strategies to attract "best in class" candidates.

The ideal candidate:

  • 6-12 months recruitment or sales experience
  • Proven experience of working to targets and liaising with senior members of staff
  • Good understanding of market research, networking and headhunting
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to make things happen and multi task
  • Team player who likes to get involved with every aspect of the business and make an impact!
