Job Title: Investor Services Administrator | Dublin | 9 Month FTC | Fund Services | 30-35k per year

My client based in Dublin are currently recruiting for an Investor Services Administrator to join their growing Investor Services team on a 9 month contract basis. There is excellent potential for career progression within the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Verify investor transaction instructions
• Advise and help other Investor Services administrators to ensure subscription proceeds are provided in a timely manner
• Review AML/KYC documentation
• Assess investor transactions
• Guarantee reconiliation of the subscription bank account daily
• Investor reporting
• Client reporting
• General Investor Services - assist Investor Services Administrator in fielding general requests
• Re-evaluate distribution of Fund Performance
• Re-evaluate of Investor Audit requests

Requirements:

• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree is essential
• Minimum 1 years investor services experience within fund administration is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both within a team structure and individually
