An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading banking business located in the City. You will be joining the Product Control & IPV team that has recently been restructured to allow team members to have crossover in both areas of the team. This particular role sits in the IPV team and you will be working closely with the Head of the desk and ensuring controls and integrity of financial information.

Some of your responsibilities will include and not limited to

  • CVA Derivative valuation
  • Reporting focused on independent valuation of the valuation adjustments and hedges undertaken by the business
  • P&L reporting
  • Balance sheet substantiation
  • Process improvements

You will need to have experience of working in the IPV space in the past, strong knowledge of credit and interest rate products and markets are desirable, as are stakeholder management skills to develop relationships with the business, risk, quants and other functions. A strong control mind set, with the ability to challenge and add insight is a must. This is an urgent requirement so please only apply if you are available to start in the next 2 weeks.
