My client is currently in a position where they are looking to recruit for a IT Audit Manager within the highly talented Audit team. Working through this exciting period of change, you will be given the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge as well as remit of your role.

This role will focus in the delivery of the IT Audit Plan through the planning and conducting of risk based IT audits. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the controls remain robust, but relevant to business needs. You will have a flexible approach to partnering the business and managing risks due to the ever evolving nature of the business.

Within the role you will be responsible for:-

• Engaging with senior business managers to discuss key business processes, in order to identify risks and key controls.
• Perform testing, examine the controls that are in place and conduct analysis of data to understand or gain assurance of the processes, ensuring accuracy and full understanding of the scope and complexity of the issues.
• Review Internal Auditor draft reports to ensure quality control.
• Provide input on Internal Auditor performance to Manager, Internal Audit for performance reviews, assessment and workforce planning.
