Marks Sattin are currently working with a Major Wakefield based FMCG business to assist in the recruitment of a IT Service Deliver Assistant. You will form part of a busy & high volume Technical Service Desk.

Responsibilities;

• Meeting KPIs, ensuring customer incidents and requests are resolved.
• Looking for trends and reporting on problems to the service delivery team leader.
• Follow pre-defined incident management, problem management & change management processes.
• Maintain software & hardware asset management.
• Being part of the 24/7 on call rota.

Skills;

• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Knowledge of active directory, DNS, server & desktop management.
• Knowledge of hardware including user devices, printers and factory systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV, video conferencing, and VOIP systems.
• 1st, 2nd or 3rd line IT support experience.
