About the role:

The role offers graduates the opportunity to build a career with a global leader within the Funds industry. You will develop a comprehensive knowledge of the funds industry in a challenging and rewarding environment.

This is a varied multi-tasking entry level role, which encompasses client relationship management (to fund managers), reporting to high-net-worth investors, and supports the development of strong business acumen. You will have full ownership and responsibility for trades throughout their lifecycle. We will train the successful candidate to become a professional Transfer Agent.

Responsibilities

• Processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers
• Ensuring accurate completion of application forms, with all regulatory requirements captured
• Maintaining shareholders registers
• Liaising and sustaining relationships with clients and investors on a daily basis
• Preparation, review and release of reports to Investment Managers within the agreed SLAs
• Reporting activity to investment manager and investors
• Monitoring bank accounts
• Performing all of the investor related services of the Company's investment fund clients
• Communicating and liaising with internal Fund Accounting, Treasury, AML, Legal and Compliance teams on a regular basis, ensuring client SLAs are adhered to
• Project Work

About You:

• Degree qualified in a Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics related discipline is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in a financial services or client driven environment is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong multi-tasker
