Marks Sattin are currently working with a Leeds based Financial Services company to assist in the recruitment of an Lead Business Analyst. The company are currently growing and are pursuing new business opportunities. The company are in a period of growth and have an excellent plan in place to do so, the success of this will be underpinned by the work carried out by the change team.

Responsibilities;

• Management of a Business Analysis team.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers and Tech teams.
• Re-engineering of business processes.
• Define project objectives, benefits & proposal production.
• Working on multiple projects concurrently.

Skills & Experience;

• ISEB qualified or equivalent.
• Analytical and people skills to interpret business needs.
• Investigate, analyse and document as-is and to-be.
• Produce non-fictional requirements, screen & interface designs and MI requirements.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
