Legal Cashier - Billings Administrator

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 plus an exciting company benefit package

Location: Manchester City Centre

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hour per week

THE JOB ROLE

• To take the lead role in managing the billing for a base of Managed Service and high value customers.
• To verify and accurately load sales orders and contracts on the billing systems
• To accurately maintain database records to facilitate the collection and billing activity
• Responsible for resolving queries from both external and internal customers
• Take responsibility for quality and accuracy and adherence to SRA Accounts Rules and VAT regulations
• Investigating client account balances and billing related queries
• To maintain and provide a consistently high quality of customer service in a busy and crucial section of the business whilst maintaining a professional manner at all times
• Production and analysis of client billing and schedule reports.
• To undertake ad-hoc projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and customer service.
• Accurate attention to detail
• Able to organise and prioritise conflicting workloads to meet deadlines
• Competent in dealing with difficult customers
• Able to review various extracts of data and identify errors
• Solid administration and organisational skills in a fast paced, change driven organisation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages, Excel, Word and Outlook
