Marks Sattin are working with a leading Law firm that are you are on the lookout for a Senior Legal Cashier to join their busy team based in Leeds.

Where you fit in?

You'll be joining developing fast paced business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.

Your role:

• Processing payments including CHAPS/BACS payments
• Investigate and resolve breaches in a timely manner
• Matching and processing receipts
• Checking and processing disbursement payments
• Checking and processing expense claims
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
• Filling of all support documentation for audits, internal and external, including annual accountants report
• Processing transactions on bank accounts
• Share knowledge and expertise to ensure regulatory compliance with SARs
• Provide support to all cashiering functions
• General ad hoc duties

What you need?

You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a busy, professional environment. The successful applicant will be computer literate with experience of working in the Finance Function of professional service firms. Experience of working in a Law firm is essential with a minimum of 5 years' working as a legal cashier.
