Financial Accountant - Newly Qualified ACA

  • Based in Victoria
  • Contract opportunity from someone out of practice in the last two years
  • Ideally with a few months within another media company, gaining Maconomy Experience
About the organisation.
My client is a part of a global Media Establishment and they are looking for a year end accountant to assist their finance team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Data cleansing our Finance system, Maconomy
  • Assisting with balance sheet scrutinising/reconciliations for year-end (31stDecember)
  • Assisting with documenting and process standardisation from an accounting and financial reporting standpoint
  • Assisting with budget/forecast template updates
  • Assisting with 2020 Interim audit

About you:

  • Newly Qualified ACA Accountant
  • Ideally experience with Maconomy Software
  • Strong systems skills
  • Financial Analytical capabilities.
  • Experience within a previous media industry is a bonus
