Role Responsabilities:

• Support in the preparation and review of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and presentation of these to the Finance Director
• Suggest updates and improvements to accounting systems, including financial controls
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
• Support the development of budgets and financial plans for the company
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Financial Director
• Support the creation of monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Support the development and management of cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
