An exciting opportunity has become available within the Private Equity arena for a bright newly qual to join the team as a Management Accountant.

The main purpose of this role is to support delivery of accurate daily and weekly P&L reporting for the site. Ensuring that the ledger reconciliations are completed in a timely manner and that reporting requirements are adhered to.

Key duties as Management Accountant:

• Production of monthly management accounts and statistics
• Monthly variance analysis reporting
• Profitability analysis, forward planning and financial management
• Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
• Calculation of all accruals and pre-payments
• Short-term revenue budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow re-forecasting and reporting
• Assisting on preparing the monthly performance commentary
• Assisting with short and long-term planning
• Assisting with the yearly budget process

The role is paying a base salary between £35,000 and £38,000 dependant on experience. The ideal applicant would be someone who has been working within a Management Accountant role and looking for their first move since qualifying.
