Our client, a rapidly growing SME operating in the retail industry, are currently searching for an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance team. This is a newly created position reporting to the Financial Controller, where your duties will include:

Producing management accounts, including associated commentary to tight deadlines.

Daily, weekly, monthly operational cash flow analysis and forecasting

Accruals, prepayments Bank reconciliations, petty cash

Reconciling card payments across e-commerce and wholesale platforms

Monthly revaluation of foreign currencies

Intercompany recharges

You will ideally be a fully (newly) qualified Management Accountant, ideally from the retail, property or FMCG industries. Previous experience of staff management will be of particular interest, as this role is likely to evolve into a full Finance Manager's position including responsibility over the transactional finance team.
