A market leader in the restaurant and hospitality space based in London is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their busy finance division.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing the management accounts including month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, sales and cost reporting, assisting with the preparation of the board packs, budget and forecast processes, ensuring compliance and dealing with audit. You will also be responsible for managing a small team of Finance Assistants and overseeing their work as well as working closely with the operations teams.

Ideally this candidate will have a minimum of 3 years management accounts experience from a restaurant/ hospitality background. They should have excellent communication skills for interaction with personnel at all levels and the ability to work towards deadlines and self-prioritize. Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential and familiarity with SAP is desirable. The role would suit someone who is part-qualified or at the final stages of their accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
