An innovative and established hotel group based in Gatwick is currently recruiting for Management Accountant to join their fast paced team.

You will be responsible for preparing the monthly management of accounts (revenue/accruals/prepayments) and month end processes. This will also include bank and balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, tracking costs, cash flow reporting and forecasts and assisting with the audit processes. In addition, you will be analyse revenue dashboards, report on budgets and oversee projects.

Suitable candidates have gained experience working as a Management Accountant, either in industry or a practice. You should have a good understanding of month end processes, variance analysis and experience in reviewing costs. Ideally you will be studying towards an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or similar, with strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics/ Navision.
