Start your job searchMarks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for this exciting business, which has grown significantly in the last 3 years. Due to this, they have created a position for a Finance Manager to join their finance function.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with Directors and other Senior Management Figures, you will have full responsibility for producing the end to end management accounts for the company, including balance sheet reconciliations and commentary, working with cost centre managers to discuss variances and comparing budget to actual, reviewing and updating the pricing strategy for the UK and Europe, improving financial reporting and controls, VAT returns, assisting the auditors at year end and any other ad hoc responsibilities as required by the FC.
Ideally you will be a fully qualified Accountant with at least 2 years experience in management accounting/financial accounting. This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked in a larger/corporate environment, looking to join a smaller business in a role offering more exposure to the full accounts and wider accounting procedures across a growing SME.
In return you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including company discount and flexi hours (37.5 hour working week - agreed start/finish times).
