A rapidly growing retailer is seeking a Management Accountant to join their Central London based office. This position is due to last 12 months in duration, however there is a strong potential to be extended or enter permanency.

Key Responsibilities for the Management Accountant:

• Supporting the Financial Controller in the preparation of the P&L & Balance Sheet to ensure accurate recording of costs in accordance with accounting practice and principles, including the reconciliation of Accrued Income/WIP.
• Production of key contract finance reports, for Senior Management, including the monthly contract / management accounts pack.
• Support in preparation of the annual budget and quarterly reviews.
• Liaise with the Commercial Team to ensure the accurate recording of costs and liabilities of the work undertaken to date.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and modelling and other decision support activities where required by the business
• Support with internal / external audits, liaising with auditors to address and answer the queries.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, available immediately and hold at least 2 year's post-qualification experience.
