Management Accountant (Part Qualified)

Role: Management Accounts

Location: Manchester (Wythenshawe)

Salary: Up to £30,000 plus full ACCA/CIMA study support plus an excellent company benefit package

Responsibilities:

• Calculating and posting prepayments and accruals
• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
• Bank reconciliations to trial balance
• Costs & Variance Analysis
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Reconciling fixed asset schedules and posting depreciation
• VAT returns to trial balance
• Monthly performance commentary
• Posting month end journals
• Assisting with Year End Accounts
• Reviewing the profit and loss schedule for issues/errors
• Reporting on gross profit by revenue
• Assisting with forecasting and budgeting
• Producing KPIs and other reports specific to the client's industry and requirement

Requirements:

• Part qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA studier
• Experience working with a Accounting and Finance environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good numeracy Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
