Role: Management Accounts
Location: Manchester (Wythenshawe)
Salary: Up to £30,000 plus full ACCA/CIMA study support plus an excellent company benefit package
The company
You will be part of a fast growing global leading organisation that value their work force and supports your career development. This is a new vacancy due to company growth and they are now seeking for a part qualified management accountant who wants to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Calculating and posting prepayments and accruals
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- Bank reconciliations to trial balance
- Costs & Variance Analysis
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Reconciling fixed asset schedules and posting depreciation
- VAT returns to trial balance
- Monthly performance commentary
- Posting month end journals
- Assisting with Year End Accounts
- Reviewing the profit and loss schedule for issues/errors
- Reporting on gross profit by revenue
- Assisting with forecasting and budgeting
- Producing KPIs and other reports specific to the client's industry and requirement
Requirements:
- Part qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA studier
- Experience working with a Accounting and Finance environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good numeracy Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
