A large PR and Communications business located in Central London is currently in search of an Accounts Assistant to work on a part time basis (ideally 2 full days per week, though this is negotiable) for an initial period of 3 months.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices;
• Processing expenses;
• Supplier statement reconciliations;
• Sending statements to clients;
• Some credit control;
• Updating monthly spreadsheets;
• All on Excel (strong proficiency required).

This is an entry level role, and would be well suited to a current or recent student or graduate looking to gain vital work experience within a large and reputable business, as some basic training will be provided.
