Payments Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Management of all incoming brand changes for EU business, ensuring appropriate changes are identified and completed to remain compliant with the brand rules
  • Ability to deal with technical and non-technical stakeholders at al levels
  • Define requirements and work with Product and Technology groups throughout project lifecycles e.g. business requirements; internal & external communications; post implementation validation
  • Facilitate engagement with payment brands to understand/clarify changes
  • Analyze, monitor and report on brand change trends and exceptions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with five to seven years within the payments industry
  • Visa/Mastercard experience
  • A key focus on European Payment Brand rules and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, technology and business subject matter experts located in various geographies
  • Ability to analyze/define business requirements, test plans, communications, training plan
