Start your job searchMy client who are an international timeshare brand are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join their teamon a part time basis - 3 days a week - 22.5 hours
You will be responsible for managing the monthly payroll function.
Duties include:
- Producing the monthly payroll for three seperate entities, ensuring all payroll amendments are processed correctly - starters, leavers, statutory pay etc
- Processing benefit deductions according to associate requests
- Submission of tax and national insurance payments, ensuring these are processed in a timely manner in according to with UK regulations
- Year end payroll - P60 & P34, P11D's, PSA returns
- Responsible for all finance payroll entries for Europe including business partnering with the relevant Head of Departments on budgeting and forecasting
- Liaising with HMRC on tax, national insurance, processes and procedures to ensure full compliance with UK regulations
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
- Organise, secure, and maintain all files, records in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Record, store, access, and/or analyse computerised financial information.
- Classify, code, and summarise numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
- Respond to and/or resolve questions, issues, or disputes from the Head Office.
- Process taxes and or tax exemptions according to appropriate HMRC regulations.
The successful; candidate will be highly experienced in payroll and have experience working on ADP Freedom and Peoplesoft
