Where you fit in?

You'll be joining a developing fast paced business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.

Your role:

• Processing both weekly and monthly payroll to clients specification
• Dealing with client queries regarding payroll, PAYE, and NIC
• Responding to routine HMRC queries on behalf of clients
• Calculating and keeping records of all payments due to the HMRC and informing clients of payments to be made
• Keeping relevant payroll files and records in good order for any inspection by HMRC
• Filling all relevant information regarding payrolls in client's individual files
• Preparing BACS payments for each individual client's pay-date including BACS remittance payments as appropriate

What you need?

You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a payroll environment. Organisation with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to keep to tight deadlines is a must. You must have end to end payroll experience and knowledge of payroll and legislation/HMRC requirements.
