Do you have at least 3 years payroll experience and are looking to join a small and exciting Payroll Bureau working within a supported and valued team?

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our fast-paced organisation. The successful candidate will have strong administration experience and be committed to providing a high level of customer service in a busy payroll environment. You will be dealing with a range of payroll administration tasks and need to have previous payroll experience, an attention to detail with a can-do attitude. The Role

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing payrolls for your clients. You will have your own portfolio of clients. This will include, new starters, leavers, employee changes, statutory payments and deductions, tax code updates, holiday entitlements, dealing with payroll and HMRC queries, all variable data, Pensions and general office administration. You will be working closely with the rest of the Team as well as the Support Agencies.

Key skills and attitudes

  • Previous experience of working in a Payroll office environment essential (bureau experience a benefit)
  • Previous experience of HMRC
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to achieving deadlines
